Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, you must notify us by emailing info@anudeep.in
- Once your cancellation request is acknowledged, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Orders that have passed the 24-hour window or have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged during transit, has a manufacturing defect, or if an incorrect product was shipped.
- To request a refund, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the product and its packaging to help us validate your claim.
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with (including broken seals or altered serial numbers) are not eligible for return or refund, to ensure hygiene and safety.
- Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be couriered back to you.

Orders & Shipping
Once your order is placed, we will send an email to confirm receipt of your order.
Your order will be processed only after we confirm it with you via a mobile call.
Products in your order may be dispatched together or separately, depending on availability.
All products are carefully inspected and packaged before being handed to our trusted delivery partners.
Our delivery partners will aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. If they are unable to reach the provided address or a suitable time is not available, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.
We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Return Policy
Return Policy
You have 3 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and opened personal care products cannot be returned.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
To exchange, return the original item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
